Material:
100 g (about 125 mm) young ginger,
1 whole garlic,
3 seeds (125 ml) lemon juice,
Apple cider vinegar (125 ml)
Honey bees (350 ml).
Way of preparation:
Use glass pots or clay pot
Blend ginger and garlic separately using 125 ml of water
each.
Mix the blended ginger with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
Heat the mixture for 45 to 60 minutes.
Add blended garlic into the mixture at the of the last 10
minutes.
Let until cold for a while
Last but not least, add in the honey bees into the mixture,
stir with a plastic spoon until it well blended. Kept it in the container glass
covered in cold areas.
How to eat:
Drink 1 tablespoon before breakfast each morning and each
night before bedtime during the empty stomach.
